3-Hour

The following services are available with this option:

• An initial consultation to determine expectations for the wedding, and subsequently develop a vision/theme
• A follow-up consultation to solidify details for the final vision/theme

Based on these consultations, we will provide you with a list of pre-qualified vendors whose services suit your needs. We will also give you a complimentary daily planner, as thanks from us to you.

11-Hour

The following services are available with this option:

• Detailed consultations regarding expectations for the wedding, and the subsequent development of a vision/theme
• Supplier sourcing, contract negotiation and various bookings on your behalf
• Development of a budget outline
• Create wedding day schedule
• Confirmation of all appointments three weeks prior to the wedding day

We then provide a list of vendors booked based on your vision/theme. We will also give you a complimentary daily planner, as thanks from us to you.

20-Hour

The following services are available with this option:  

• Detailed consultations regarding expectations for the wedding, and the subsequent development of a vision/theme
• Help you pick vendors that best suit your needs based on your vision/theme
• Source, negotiate and book the vendors on your behalf
• Manage timeline to ensure all vendors and wedding details are addressed in a timely fashion
• Develop and manage budget
• Site inspection within the GTA
• Develop wedding day schedule
• Confirmation of all appointments three weeks prior to the wedding
• Includes all travel expenses and long distance calls

We will also give you a complimentary daily planner, as thanks from us to you.

50-Hour Full Service

With this option, we will liaise with vendors on your behalf and co-ordinate every aspect of the rehearsal, wedding ceremony and reception. The following services will also be provided:

• Detailed consultations regarding expectations for the wedding, and the subsequent development of a vision/theme
• Contract negotiation, supplier sourcing and various bookings on your behalf
• Consultations with the bridal party regarding their options and responsibilities
• Development of wedding day schedule
• Verification of details with your vendors at least three weeks prior to your big day
• A detailed briefing for your wedding party on the flow of your big day, from beginning to end
• Make-up and hair consultations for the bride and her party (up to a maximum of six people)
